GENERAL QUESTIONS
Choosing a hair styling product is very subjective and a matter of personal taste. All of our hair styling products are water-based, so they are easy to apply and easy to wash out completely at the end of the day.
We currently offer six different styling products based on hold and shine.
Each of our hair styling products is available in a standard size and a 2 oz travel-friendly size.
IMPERIAL HAIR STYLING PRODUCTS & BEST USES:
CLASSIC POMADE (6 oz, 2 oz) – The OG heavyweight that started it all.

Strongest hold, low shine. Works great on thicker hair. Best for side parted styles, slicked back looks, and pompadours. Applies smoothly and dries heavy.
FIBER POMADE (6 oz, 2 oz) – The all-around utility performer.

Medium hold, high shine. Works on all hair types and styles. Easily pliable and re-styleable, great for the “wet” look.
GEL POMADE (12 oz, 2 oz) – The multi-tool of hair styling products.

Strong hold, high shine. Use on its own or as a base for other styling products. Dries lightweight, hardens into hair, does not flake or melt, and great for adding volume to hair. Great for all hair types and styles, especially in hot weather and/or high activity.
MATTE POMADE PASTE (5 oz, 2 oz) – The go-to for natural texture & no shine.

Medium-light hold, no shine. Works best with thinner hair and for a textured natural look. Dries lightweight and naturally.
BLACKTOP POMADE (6 oz, 2 oz) – The product that stands out from a crowd.

Medium-strong hold, low shine. Works best with salt & pepper hair and darker hair color. Enhances dark hair color and covers up to 60% of gray hairs. Works best with most hair types and styles. Has a black tint that applies easily, washes out easily, and does not stain hands.
FREEFORM CREAM (4 oz, 2 oz) – The featherweight champion for loose holds.

Light hold, medium shine. Works for all hair types. Best for loose styles, managing flyaway hairs, and the au naturel look and feel.
THE IMPERIAL FIVE-STEP SHAVE SYSTEM:

WASH FACE: Rid face of dirt & grime with the GLYCERIN FACE/SHAVE SOAP and warm water.

PREP THE BEARD: Apply one full droplet of PRE-SHAVE OIL & BEARD CONDITIONER and massage onto wet beard. Acts as a conditioner & protective barrier between face and blade.

LATHER UP: Use GLYCERIN FACE/SHAVE SOAP or our FIELD SHAVE SOAP CANISTER to create lather with hands or our SHAVE BRUSH and massage onto moist beard.

SHAVE: Use your preferred razor with warm water. (We highly recommend using a double-edged safety razor or a straight razor)

AFTER-SHAVE: Rinse face with cool water. To close pores and restore balance, apply BERGAMOT AFTER-SHAVE. To lock in moisture and maintain that fresh shaved feeling, apply AFTER-SHAVE BALM & FACE MOISTURIZER.
We do not offer samples for any of our products at this time.

Usually, when our products are out of stock, they can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be back in stock. Our products are created in small batches and must pass a quality control test every time before we can get them out to our customers to ensure that our products perform well consistently. We do our best to get the product back in stock as soon as possible, but things out of our control sometimes happen, so please bear with us if it does happen to take a bit longer – we just want to make sure that you’re receiving a quality product every single time.
To be notified of a restock, just click the NOTIFY ME button on the out-of-stock product, enter your email address, and we will email you when it is back in stock.
All of our products are vegan-friendly with the exception of our 3:1 COMPLETE HAIR & BODY WASH, which contains honey.
We do not test our products on animals. All of our products are tested on ourselves and our customers in the barbershop to ensure they perform at their best.
All of our products are paraben-free and sulfate-free, which the exception of our CLASSIC POMADE, which contains methylparaben. Methylparaben is used in the formulation of CLASSIC POMADE to serve as an antimicrobial agent; methylparaben is naturally occurring and found in several fruits, namely blueberries.

All of our consumable products (hair, shave, skin care, etc.) have a shelf life of 2 years once opened. Products that are used after that are not guaranteed to perform as intended.
We advise you to keep products in a cool, dark area to prolong the shelf life as continuous exposure to extreme heat/cold and sunlight can negatively affect performance significantly.

If you happen to come across our products provided at a hotel you are staying at, we currently do not offer those exact items due to an exclusive agreement between us and the product distributor for the hotels. Please contact the hotel you stayed at to acquire those specific products.
However, our LUXE COLLECTION is now available. LUXE is our suite of premium self-care product offerings that includes our SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, and BODY WASH.
All of the LUXE COLLECTION products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, gluten-free, and not tested on animals.

We typically ship out same day Monday to Friday (except holidays). The order cutoff time is 1 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after will ship out the next business day.
Depending on the shipping method, orders typically take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped. Orders going to PO Box, military, US Territory, and international addresses may take longer to ship and arrive.

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
We also offer Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay for quick, easy, and secure payment at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35 and free 2-day shipping on all US orders over $75. All orders over $150 will require signature on delivery.
We offer free shipping for Canadian orders over $100 USD (after discounts & before taxes).

If your package is stuck in transit, we will ship out a replacement immediately. If your package was delivered but missing (i.e. stolen, delivered to the wrong address), we may require signature on delivery or ship to a nearby FedEx store location when shipping your replacement.
If your package was damaged in transit, please email ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com with your name, order number, and photos/video of your order and we will send you a replacement.
We will not send a replacement or offer a refund if your order was shipped to a freight forwarding address since we cannot confirm/verify delivery details.
We ship to the following countries: Canada, Mexico (Ciertos estados excluidos, use la calculadora de envío para ver si el envío está disponible en su área), United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
We do not recommend shipping products to a freight forwarding service since we cannot verify delivery of an order to its final destination. We are not liable for any orders lost, damaged, or stolen in transit between a freight forwarding service and the final destination.
All international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and fees upon receipt.
