Shipping & Processing Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal as valid forms of payment. We also now offer Shop Pay Installments for orders over $50.

Our shipping schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our shipping cut-off time is 1 p.m. PDT and orders placed after cut-off will ship out the next shipping day.

Please contact us immediately if your order hasn’t shipped out after 3 business days.

Orders shipping to California are subject to an 8% sales tax.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 (US) / $100 USD (CANADA).

All orders over $50 (before shipping and taxes) are eligible for free express (ground for commercial addresses) shipping in the United States. All orders over $100 USD (Canada) are eligible for free ground shipping.

For all other free shipping promotions/offers, you must input the coupon code to receive free shipping. All free shipping promos/offers apply only to the United States.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to it. We are not liable for damages or lost packages (see UNDELIVERED ORDERS).

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship most orders using FedEx Express (Express Saver, 2Day, and Standard Overnight). For orders eligible for free shipping to commercial addresses, we ship with FedEx Ground (Monday-Friday delivery). APO / FPO / DPO addresses, PO Boxes, and most international orders ship with USPS.

Place an item in the cart and click “Calculate Shipping” in the checkout window.

TO ESTIMATE TRANSIT TIME:

For ground shipping: Visit the FedEx Rate and Transit Times page and use 91710 as the origin ZIP/postal code.

For express shipping: FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days to arrive once shipped out, FedEx 2Day takes 2 business days (Saturday delivery if available), and FedEx Standard Overnight is in transit for 1 business day once shipped.

PLEASE TYPE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY.

Typos or incorrect information can result in a package being undeliverable (see: UNDELIVERED ORDERS), incorrect shipping costs (i.e. selecting US Minor Outlying Islands instead of United States), or processing delays. Typing in your address correctly ensures your order arrives safely and on time.

ORDER NOTES:

Please include special delivery instructions (i.e. gate code, floor number) in the Order Notes.

Unfortunately, we can’t fulfill every delivery instruction request on our end. You will have to contact the delivery courier and arrange that with them. We highly recommend shipping packages to your nearest FedEx store or facility if package theft is a concern. Click here to learn more. TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is fully processed and shipped out. If you don’t receive it within 1 business day, please contact us.

Our Chino, CA warehouse is closed to the public; we do not offer will call or walk-in purchases.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

PLEASE TYPE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY.

We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Typos or errors in the supplied address may cause the shipment to be delayed or undeliverable.

Packages that cannot be delivered may be held or discarded by the carrier or returned to IMPERIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. at the carrier’s sole discretion.

IMPERIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is not liable for packages that are stolen, held, discarded, or lost in transit. You may request to re-ship a returned package to a corrected address. Standard shipping charges will apply to all requests for re-shipment.

For questions about the status of a delivery once it has left our warehouse, please contact FedEx Customer Support. For APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, and international orders, please contact USPS Customer Service.

Your country may charge customs taxes and fees for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for details on these fees.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether or not we can ship to your location.

If you place an order and we are unable to ship to your location, your order may be canceled and fully refunded.

We do not recommend shipping to freight forwarding addresses. We cannot verify your order reaches the intended final destination and cannot liable for any packages lost in transit between the freight forwarder and your address. We will not refund or replace any orders lost or damaged in transit between a freight forwarder and your address.

We typically ship international orders with FedEx Express International or USPS. Please contact us for questions or special shipping requests.
