We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club

We also offer Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay for quick, easy, and secure payment at checkout.

Usually, when our products are out of stock, they can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be back in stock. Our products are created in small batches and must pass a quality control test every time before we can get them out to our customers to ensure that our products perform well consistently. We do our best to get the product back in stock as soon as possible, but things out of our control sometimes happen, so please bear with us if it does happen to take a bit longer – we just want to make sure that you’re receiving a quality product every single time.

To be notified of a restock, just click the NOTIFY ME button on the out-of-stock product, enter your email address, and we will email you when it is back in stock.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to it. We are not liable for damaged or lost packages.

We ship orders out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and the cut off time is 1pm Pacific Time, so please keep that into consideration if you need to make a change to your order.


All orders over $50 (before shipping and taxes) are eligible for free express (ground for commercial addresses) shipping in the United States. All orders over $100 USD (Canada) are eligible for free ground shipping.

For all other free shipping promotions/offers, you must input the coupon code to receive free shipping. All free shipping promos/offers currently apply only to the United States unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders.

We typically ship out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The shipping cutoff time is 1 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after will ship out the next shipping day.

Depending on the shipping method, orders typically take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped. US Military addresses, PO Boxes, and international orders may take longer.

If you received the wrong item, please email with your name, order number, and if possible, photos/videos. We will ship out a replacement along with a return label (if applicable) as soon as possible.

Please email with your name and order number so we can check on the status of your order.

If your package is stuck in transit, we will ship out a replacement immediately. If your package was delivered but missing (i.e. stolen, delivered to the wrong address), we will require signature on delivery or ship to a nearby FedEx store location when shipping your replacement.

If your package was damaged in transit, please email with your name, order number, and photos/video of your order and we will send you a replacement.

We will not send a replacement or offer a refund if your order was shipped to a freight forwarding address since we cannot confirm/verify delivery details.

We ship most US orders using FedEx Express:

  • Express Saver - 3 business days
  • 2Day - 2 business days (Saturday delivery available for some addresses)
  • Standard Overnight - 1 business day
  • Orders shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses and PO Boxes ship via USPS regardless of shipping method selected. Any orders shipping with USPS may take additional time to ship out.

    We ship most international orders with FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority.

    Shipping costs and transit time can be calculated in the shipping calculator at checkout or in the cart.

    Re: order notes - we cannot guarantee any delivery instructions will be fulfilled by the carrier; please contact the carrier's customer service to arrange special order instructions.

    We do not offer will call or walk-in purchases. Our Chino, CA warehouse is closed to the public.

    We ship to the following countries: Canada, Mexico (Ciertos estados excluidos, use la calculadora de envío para ver si el envío está disponible en su área), United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

    We do not recommend shipping products to a freight forwarding service since we cannot verify delivery of an order to its final destination. We are not liable for any orders lost, damaged, or stolen in transit between a freight forwarding service and the final destination.

    All international customers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes due upon receipt.

    All international orders that do not clear customs due to non-payment or is rejected by the customer will be refunded the total order amount minus 15% of the order amount + the original shipping cost.

    If an international order does not clear customs due to a clearance issue, you will be refunded the total order amount minus the original shipping cost.
