Choosing a hair styling product is very subjective and a matter of personal taste. All of our hair styling products are water-based, so they are easy to apply and easy to wash out completely at the end of the day.
We currently offer six different styling products based on hold and shine.
Each of our hair styling products is available in a standard size and a 2 oz travel-friendly size.
IMPERIAL HAIR STYLING PRODUCTS & BEST USES:
Strongest hold, low shine. Works great on thicker hair. Best for side parted styles, slicked back looks, and pompadours. Applies smoothly and dries heavy.
Medium hold, high shine. Works on all hair types and styles. Easily pliable and re-styleable, great for the “wet” look.
Strong hold, high shine. Use on its own or as a base for other styling products. Dries lightweight, hardens into hair, does not flake or melt, and great for adding volume to hair. Great for all hair types and styles, especially in hot weather and/or high activity.
Medium-light hold, no shine. Works best with thinner hair and for a textured natural look. Dries lightweight and naturally.
Medium-strong hold, low shine. Works best with salt & pepper hair and darker hair color. Enhances dark hair color and covers up to 60% of gray hairs. Works best with most hair types and styles. Has a black tint that applies easily, washes out easily, and does not stain hands.
Light hold, medium shine. Works for all hair types. Best for loose styles, managing flyaway hairs, and the au naturel look and feel.
THE IMPERIAL FIVE-STEP SHAVE SYSTEM:
WASH FACE: Rid face of dirt & grime with the GLYCERIN FACE/SHAVE SOAP and warm water.
PREP THE BEARD: Apply one full droplet of PRE-SHAVE OIL & BEARD CONDITIONER and massage onto wet beard. Acts as a conditioner & protective barrier between face and blade.
SHAVE: Use your preferred razor with warm water. (We highly recommend using a double-edged safety razor or a straight razor)
AFTER-SHAVE: Rinse face with cool water. To close pores and restore balance, apply BERGAMOT AFTER-SHAVE. To lock in moisture and maintain that fresh shaved feeling, apply AFTER-SHAVE BALM & FACE MOISTURIZER.
Usually, when our products are out of stock, they can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be back in stock. Our products are created in small batches and must pass a quality control test every time before we can get them out to our customers to ensure that our products perform well consistently. We do our best to get the product back in stock as soon as possible, but things out of our control sometimes happen, so please bear with us if it does happen to take a bit longer – we just want to make sure that you’re receiving a quality product every single time.
To be notified of a restock, just click the NOTIFY ME button on the out-of-stock product, enter your email address, and we will email you when it is back in stock.
All of our products are vegan-friendly with the exception of our 3:1 COMPLETE HAIR & BODY WASH, which contains honey.
We do not test our products on animals. All of our products are tested on ourselves and our customers in the barbershop to ensure they perform at their best.
All of our products are paraben-free and sulfate-free, which the exception of our CLASSIC POMADE, which contains methylparaben. Methylparaben is used in the formulation of CLASSIC POMADE to serve as an antimicrobial agent; methylparaben is naturally occurring and found in several fruits, namely blueberries.
All of our consumable products (hair, shave, skin care, etc.) have a shelf life of 2 years once opened. Products that are used after that are not guaranteed to perform as intended.
We advise you to keep products in a cool, dark area to prolong the shelf life as continuous exposure to extreme heat/cold and sunlight can negatively affect performance significantly.

If you happen to come across our products provided at a hotel you are staying at, we currently do not offer those due to an exclusive agreement between us and the providers of products for the hotels. Please contact the hotel to acquire those products.
We are currently working on versions of those products that we will be able to sell directly to customers, so keep an eye out!

We typically ship out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The shipping cutoff time is 1 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after will ship out the next shipping day.
Depending on the shipping method, orders typically take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped. International orders may take longer.

If your package is stuck in transit, we will ship out a replacement immediately. If your package was delivered but missing (i.e. stolen, delivered to the wrong address), we may require signature on delivery or ship to a nearby FedEx store location when shipping your replacement.
If your package was damaged in transit, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and photos/video of your order and we will send you a replacement.
We will not send a replacement or offer a refund if your order was shipped to a freight forwarding address since we cannot confirm/verify delivery details.

We do not recommend shipping products to a freight forwarding service since we cannot verify delivery of an order to its final destination. We are not liable for any orders lost, damaged, or stolen in transit between a freight forwarding service and the final destination.
All international customers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes due upon receipt.
All international orders that do not clear customs due to non-payment or is rejected by the customer will be refunded the total order amount minus 15% of the order amount + the original shipping cost.
If an international order does not clear customs due to a clearance issue, you will be refunded the total order amount minus the original shipping cost.
