ORDERING

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club

We also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay for quick, easy, and secure payment at checkout.

Usually, when our products are out of stock, they can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be back in stock. Our products are created in small batches and must pass a quality control test every time before we can get them out to our customers to ensure that our products perform well consistently. We do our best to get the product back in stock as soon as possible, but things out of our control sometimes happen, so please bear with us if it does happen to take a bit longer – we just want to make sure that you’re receiving a quality product every single time.

To be notified of a restock, just click the NOTIFY ME button on the out-of-stock product, enter your email address, and we will email you when it is back in stock.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to it. We are not liable for damaged or lost packages.

We ship orders daily M-F and the cut off time is 12pm Pacific Time - please take that into consideration if you need to make a change to your order.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. We offer free shipping for Canadian orders over $100 USD (after discounts & before taxes).

*Free shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders or international online orders (except Canada).

We typically ship out next business day Monday to Friday (except US federal holidays). The order cutoff time is 12 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after will ship out the following business day.

During busy times and holiday seasons (i.e. BFCM & Christmas), fulfillment and shipping may be delayed significantly due to high volume.

Orders shipping to PO Box, military, US Territory, and international addresses may take longer to fulfill and arrive.

If you received the wrong item, please email ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com with your name, order number, and if possible, photos/videos. We will ship out a replacement along with a return label (if applicable) as soon as possible.

Please email ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com with your name and order number so we can check on the status of your order.

If your package is stuck in transit, we will ship out a replacement immediately. If your package was delivered but missing (i.e. stolen, delivered to the wrong address), we will require signature on delivery or ship to a nearby FedEx store location when shipping your replacement.

If your package was damaged in transit, please email ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com with your name, order number, and photos/video of your order and we will send you a replacement.

We will not send a replacement or offer a refund if your order was shipped to a freight forwarding address since we cannot confirm/verify delivery details.

We ship most US orders using FedEx:

  • Standard (FedEx SmartPost) - 5-8 business days
  • 2Day - 2 business days
  • Orders shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses and PO Boxes ship via FedEx SmartPost or USPS regardless of shipping method selected.

    We ship international orders with FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority. International orders may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and fees upon receipt.

    Shipping costs and transit time can be calculated in the shipping calculator at checkout or in the cart.

    Re: order notes - we cannot guarantee any delivery instructions will be fulfilled by the carrier; please contact the carrier's customer service to arrange special order instructions.

    We do not offer will call or walk-in purchases. Please visit a local Imperial Barber Products retailer to purchase in-person.

    Use our Find A Retailer to find the closest Imperial Barber Products reseller to you. Be sure to call ahead of time to make sure they have what you’re looking for.

    We ship to the following countries: Canada, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

    All international orders will ship out with FedEx International Economy. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders are shipped out.

    All international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and fees upon receipt. We will not refund shipping costs if your order is rejected at customs.

    We do not recommend shipping products to a freight forwarding service since we cannot verify delivery of an order to its final destination. We are not liable for any orders lost, damaged, or stolen in transit between a freight forwarding service and the final destination.

    If an international order does not clear customs due to a clearance issue, you will be refunded the total order amount minus the original shipping cost.
