The Standard is designed to shape the atmosphere of a room, not simply add fragrance to it. Proper wick care and an even melt pool help support a cleaner, more consistent burn while allowing the cardamom, amber, sandalwood, soft leather, rich woods, and warm musk to develop gradually throughout your space.

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch. Removing excess char and keeping the wick controlled helps maintain a steadier flame, reduces unnecessary soot, and supports a cleaner, more even burn.
