Processing Your Order

All orders are processed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. This does not include shipping and transit times. Orders begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a non business day begin processing the following business day.

Shipping and Transit Times

*Please Note: These transit times are in addition to the processing and preparation time mentioned previously. Saturday or Sunday is not considered a UPS shipping/delivery day nor a business day.

**Guaranteed Delivery Date means the carrier will supply a scheduled delivery date for the shipment. Non-Guaranteed Delivery Date means no delivery date will be supplied.

To quote shipping prices, add the item to your cart and proceed with the checkout process.

Undelivered Packages

We will ship packages to the supplied shipping address. Typos or errors in the supplied address will cause the shipment to be undeliverable. If a package is deemed undeliverable, the carrier will either hold the package for the customer to retrieve, discard the package, or return the package to IMPERIAL at their sole discretion. IMPERIAL is not liable for packages on hold, discarded, or lost in transit. If a package is returned to us, you may request to have it shipped again to a corrected address. The standard shipping charge will apply to all requests for re-shipment.

International Shipping Outside USA

We ship our items to most countries. There may be some custom taxes and fees imposed by your country for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for details on these fees.

To proceed with an order shipped outside of the USA, add the items to your cart and proceed with checkout to view shipping rates. When prompted for the shipping address, choose the corresponding country.
