Return / Exchange Policy.
Products that have been opened are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges can be made within 5–7 days of customer receipt. Opened products can be exchanged for (a) different product(s) totaling the same value as the original purchase item.
Returns on unopened products will be processed within 3–5 business days of being received. For refunds, upon receipt of returned item, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment provided. Note that it may take up to a few weeks to appear as a credit on your statement.
